How do I place an order?

Add your products to your digital shopping cart using the "Add to Cart" button next to the product. Placing your online order with your Mastello account is even faster, as we already know you. Don't have an account? You can still order without one. We'll need your details, though. You're always welcome to visit our showroom to process your order.

How do I cancel my order?

If your order hasn't left our warehouse yet, you can cancel it by email to info@mastello.nl . If your order has already been shipped, you can return it according to our returns policy.

How do I change my order?

Please contact our customer service to adjust your order.

How do I know if my product is in stock?

On the product page, you'll find the product's current inventory status. The inventory status is always displayed above the product name.

How do I know what the expected delivery time is for my product?

Many of our products are in stock, allowing us to deliver quickly. You can find the exact delivery time for your product above the "Add to cart" button on the product page.

How do I know when a product is back in stock if it's temporarily sold out?

Sorry, this product is currently out of stock. You can find the expected restock date on our website by clicking on the product itself.

How do I pre-order a product that is 'temporarily sold out'?

Your product is currently temporarily unavailable. However, you can pre-order it from us. You'll find a pre-order button next to the product in question; click it and follow the regular steps. We'll deliver your product when it's back in stock. If you have multiple products on order, you can choose to have them delivered together with the rest of your order.

What to do if you want to file a complaint?

This means you're dissatisfied with something, and we're very sorry about that! Customer satisfaction isn't just a commercial buzzword for us. We genuinely care that you're happy with your purchase.
