Who will deliver my order?

This depends on the size and weight of your order. For items like our taps and washbasins, we use DHL. If your order contains large or heavy items, such as bathroom furniture and baths, we'll use our own delivery service.

Can I choose a delivery time for my order?

DHL shipment
We deliver our products—such as faucets and sinks—via DHL. DHL delivers our packages within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This confirmation includes a track & trace code, which you can use to track your order. Once you have received the track & trace code, you can still change the delivery by simply clicking on the code. For example, you can choose a delivery time or have the product delivered to your neighbors or a DHL service point.

Drop off from our delivery service
If your order includes large items and/or items weighing over 20 kg, our delivery person will personally deliver your order. (Except for tiles, which are shipped directly from the supplier.) You will receive a delivery time estimate via text message and email one day before delivery.

Can my order be installed upon delivery?

No, unfortunately not. Neither DHL nor our delivery driver are trained in installing faucets, leveling bathroom furniture, or installing bathtubs. Mastello supplies products; we leave installation to other specialists.

What is included in the delivery service and what do I need to arrange myself?

We'll deliver your order to the entrance of your home or the ground floor stairwell. If you ordered a (solid surface) bath, the driver will deliver it to the point where the truck or pallet jack can reach.

If you need a moving lift to move the products to another floor, you will have to arrange this yourself.
