Our account number is NL66 INGB 0007 2269 81, held by Djati & Mastello BV. If you wish to pay from abroad, please use the following BIC number: INGBNL2A. Always include your name and invoice number when paying. You can find the invoice number on the invoice.

Is Mastello's payment environment secure?

Mastello uses a secure online environment from the moment you begin checking out. Your information is encrypted using an SSL connection. You can recognize this secure connection by the green lock in your browser.

How can you pay at Mastello?

You can pay on our website in various ways. Below you'll find a list of available payment options. In-store payments are accepted with your debit card, credit card, or cash.

Where can I find my invoice?

After you place an order, we always send you the invoice by email. Do you have a Mastello account? Log in. Under "My Orders," you can view, download, and/or print your invoice.

What if I want to change my invoice or it is incorrect?

We can adjust this for you. Please contact our customer service and let us know what you'd like to change or what's incorrect. If necessary, we'll send you a credit note, canceling the current invoice. We'll then send you the new, revised invoice.

How quickly will I receive my money after returning an item?

After processing your return, we'll refund you within 7 business days. If the refund hasn't been credited to your account after 10 business days, please contact our customer service .

What if I haven't received a refund yet?

That's frustrating, of course. Our customer service team is available Monday through Saturday. They can investigate why your refund is delayed. For a quicker process, please have your order number ready.
