Commercial Employee Internal Service

Mastello is looking for a sharp, dedicated Internal Sales Representative. You'll be the administrative hero for our customers who have selected a bathroom. You're a planning expert and ensure all ordered bathrooms are ready to go. From both the warehouse and the office, you'll ensure all bathrooms arrive smoothly at the customer's doorstep. What do we need your help with?
As an Internal Commercial Employee, you are an important link within the company. You'll be involved after the sales consultants have created a designer bathroom together with the client. From that point on, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth continuation of the customer journey. This means checking quotes, placing orders with suppliers, and scheduling deliveries.

In this role, you'll work closely with the sales team, logistics, suppliers, and customers. In the event of a delay, you'll liaise with these parties and the customer, working together to find a solution. This ensures that every order is delivered in full and as agreed, making customers very happy!

In short, this will be your domain:

• Processing orders through the systems;
• Answering delivery questions by email and telephone;
• Scheduling deliveries to the customer;
• Checking incoming orders;
• Checking (down) payments.

• You are service-oriented and open;
• You run your own shop, you are independent, but you inform your colleagues when necessary;
  
• You are available 40 hours per week;
• You are proficient in both spoken and written Dutch and English.
