Showroom Advisor (Design Sanitary)

As a Showroom Advisor (Design Sanitary) at Mastello, you'll be the face of our brand-new showroom in Hilversum. You'll help customers create their dream interior and elevate the customer experience to the highest level. With your design flair and commercial flair, you'll transform every conversation into a unique experience. You'll translate customer needs into customized solutions and demonstrate what sets Mastello apart: exclusive design, personal attention, and premium service.

What are you going to do?
- Advising and selling unique designer sanitary ware in our showroom.
- Creating personal (3D) designs and mood boards.
- Translating customer requirements into quotations and following up on these until order confirmation.
- Monitoring your customer journey and providing premium service – in the showroom, by email and by phone.
- Participate in trade fairs and events to promote the Mastello brand.
- Contributing to the optimal customer experience in the showroom: you are our calling card.
Who are you?
- You have a commercial mindset and combine persuasiveness with empathy.
- You have experience in a commercial, similar environment (interior, sanitary, design, hospitality or premium retail).
- You are used to working under commercial pressure and objectives, and know how to achieve results without losing sight of the premium customer experience.
- You have a feeling for interior design and know how to translate this into advice.
- You work in a structured manner, have an eye for detail and take initiative.
- You are proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- You are available for 32–40 hours per week and do not mind working on weekends.
